Meet the Owner
Dr. Shan Archibald, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Hello and welcome to Archway Academy. I am Dr. Shan Archibald, the founder and a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. My dedication to early childhood education comes from my journey as a mother of triplets. Two of my sons are on the autism spectrum, and my third son lives with hearing impairment and uses cochlear implants. Navigating these paths through therapy and advocacy taught me the vital role of inclusion and personalized care. I founded this academy to ensure every child has a space where their unique needs are met with expertise and compassion, helping them build the confidence to succeed throughout their lives.
